Thisis how I got it to work, unfortunately controller only works once you have selected your profile. - Go to options. - Go to Customize Controls. - Select your Controller. - Click 'default'. Enter a name, then press on 'options' on screen, then controller. Change this from keyboard to Xbox 360 controller. This Its known that Assassin's Creed Xbox One controller support is partial, and there's always a room for creativity. You also can change the way gamepad behaves by changing its YHfyp.
