It would turnover a couple of times but very very slowly. Turning the ignition off and then on again and the car would turn over slowly and then speed up and start but this may take a few attempts. This was with the old battery. Once the new one went in, the resting voltage with the car off was not low 12s and more and is now low-mid 13s which is much better. Problem is I am still seeing 15.1V or so on the battery while charging (with the new one). I know regular alternators like to live around 14.4-14.7 or so.
