Hey there, am relatively new to the game and have been trying out the various classes. So far, I've really enjoyed playing the mesmer and engineer classes but I've read some older posts that they may not be suitable for playing with a higher ping (I'm playing at about 250-300 ping). Daredevil is supposed to be more survivable than core Thief and Deadeye. Daredevil runes have toughness as a stat, which can tell you what Anet was generally going for with the spec. It's probably the only class that can fully utilize d/d build and it's somewhat good in end game pve, but there's also much better choices so it's not very popular build. Most of pvp/wvw builds use only one dagger, main or off hand, depending on build. Then use the Choya tonic. If mobility is your only wish, soulbeast with a bird/gazelle combo and greatsword/sword+warhorn is one of the most mobile ones. Perma swiftness, access to a bit of quickness and superspeed, and 4 leaps (5 if you learn to effectively use sword 3 as well) on very short cooldowns. Posted August 22, 2018. Making gold in the game isnt bound to specific classes. You do maps like SW or Istan (Istan is easier/more profitable and you dont need a low level char to open bags). The best crafts to level up is the ones your character is able to make use of, in this case it would be artificer and tailor. All core classes are viable for all content in the game. It can easily be argued some specs are better/more efficient than core for completing certain content and that's true. But if anyone ever tells you "that" class cannot beat "this" content then that is just flat out wrong, so feel free to ignore such claims. 2. H8H9ePC.
