Corrupted Rakyats are deformed, demonic version of Rakyat warriors (exculding Jason). They are hallucination inside Vaas's mind and served as main antagonistic forces of Vaas: Insanity. Corrupted Rakyat are created from Vaas's pressure from his sister's expectation to be a legendary warrior, which is one of the factors of his insanity, and become worse after his defeat from Jason Brody. After I agree that he's definitely a bad guy. He doesn't really care about anyone. He didn't seem to care when Clara died or when Dani was kidnapped. I doubt anything will come of it though.
